Performance Requirements

To ensure a high-quality musical performance, the following conditions are required:

• Piano Tuning: If an acoustic piano is provided by the venue or client, it must be tuned to A440 concert pitch within 48 hours prior to the performance.
• Environment: The performance area must be protected from direct sunlight, precipitation, and extreme temperatures (below 15°C or above 30°C).
• Power: If a digital keyboard and sound system are used, a reliable grounded power outlet must be provided within 10 feet of the performance area.

Booking & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking date. Full payment is typically due on or before the date of the performance.

Cancellations made by the client within 30 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the total agreed-upon price.

Liability

Ed Kelly Music holds no liability for damage to property or injury to persons caused by guests or venue staff during the performance. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for the musician and equipment.
